The work of Edward Deeds

House Tour with Video Presentations:

10 am - 11 am
 2 pm - 3 pm
5 pm to 6 pm

As we stage our first official exhibition, we begin by paying tribute to Edward Deeds from Nevada, MO who communicated his painful and lonely life through pencil drawings on notebook paper from the institution where he lived.

Join us for a tour of our space and video presentation of
The Electric Pencil Revealed, followed by discussion on Edward Deeds' life and work and the preservation efforts that were taken by New York Artist Harris Diamant with the priceless collection of a man's life through folk art after it was nearly lost.

Reservations required.  Cost per person $7.
20 seats available per time slot.
Call 314 221 3085 or email info@309elm.com to make your reservation.

Special Thanks to Harris Diamant for allowing us to share this story and collection.
